Renovation and Extensions of existing house – Ballina, NSW
This property, located on the banks of the Richmond River, had an existing small and awkwardly positioned house in the middle of the site. Our design solution retained the existing structure as bedrooms and constructed new living spaces overlooking the river. The entry between connects the old and new providing an organising hub to the whole house. In this way the living, sleeping and work functions of the house are separated to provide the required privacy.
