New Apartment Building, Hastings Point

Our client owned an old house overlooking the beach at Hastings Point, Northern NSW, a little north of Byron Bay. Whilst the site was quite large, most of the area was on the western side of the main dune, falling away from the beach. The views were only obtainable from the eastern boundary. Our solution arranged the house to maximise the beach outlook.
