As owner/developer the Ballina Shire Council commissioned Archimages Architecture to maximise the potential of the site, whilst providing a building of high environmental performance. The buildings orientation and roof structure allows for ample natural light, and the extensive balcony areas create a pleasant work environment for the tenant.
